Dorset Wedding Planner & Coordinator
Wedding planning & coordination, like having your most organised friend by your side.
You don't have to figure it all out alone. Tell me how you want the day to feel and I'll handle the rest behind the scenes — so you can spend your wedding day being married, not managing it.
Wedding planning and wedding-day coordination across Dorset — Bournemouth, Poole, Weymouth and everywhere in between.

I'll do whatever needs doing.
- Fixing a dress five minutes before the ceremony?Yep.
- Finding the button that just fell off the groom's shirt?Already on it.
- A supplier who's nowhere to be found?I'll track them down.
- A wedding car running late?I'll sort it.
- A nervous bride who needs five minutes to breathe?I've got you.
- The cake has arrived but nobody knows where it's meant to go?Leave it with me.
- Guests asking questions you don't have time to answer?I'll handle them.
- Midnight snacks need collecting?I'll be there.
Because when something unexpected happens, you shouldn't even have to know about it.
You shouldn't be running your wedding on your wedding day.
That's my job.

A note from Harriet
I don't just want to plan your wedding. I want to be the person who makes sure it actually happens.
I love the planning, the spreadsheets, the supplier calls and the timelines. But I also love the bits nobody puts on Instagram.
Fixing a dress five minutes before the ceremony. Reassuring a nervous groom. Making sure your grandparents know where they're going. Running outside to find a missing supplier. Collecting the midnight snacks. Washing the dishes if that's what needs doing.
Nothing is beneath me. It's all part of making sure you get to enjoy your wedding.
As a gay woman myself, creating a wedding planning experience where every couple feels completely themselves matters deeply to me.
Your wedding should feel completely like you. My job is to make sure you get to experience it.

A real Dorset wedding
S + A at Upwey House
We met on 17th March, which didn't leave us long. But they knew exactly what they wanted, and my job was simply to help them get there.
An intimate, vintage, classic English wedding: an outdoor ceremony beneath the huge tree, a marquee, a proper Sunday roast, handmade VHS tape place names, candlelight and fairy lights everywhere, a handmade photo booth, a self-serve bar and a truly heroic amount of coffee. Their dog Zanu did an excellent job as ring bearer, and nobody left the dance floor for the whole of the DJ set. Beautiful weather, too — apart from the wind, which had opinions.
The wedding was completely theirs. I was there to facilitate it, organise it and make sure their ideas came to life.
